Kevin Chadwick is the founder and Operating Principal of the Chadwick Group of Keller Williams franchises in Tampa Bay. The Chadwick Group includes eight Keller Williams offices in the bay area with approximately 700 real estate agents and 2014 Chadwick Group Sales exceeded $1.4 Billion.

 

Kevin has been a licensed real estate broker for 30 years, including the last 12 years with Keller Williams. He is also a founder and principal of KW Commercial Tampa Bay, LLC with partner Jon Wittner. Kevin's varied business experience and innovative approach to business and management has been key to growing The Chadwick Group into one of the premier groups in all of Keller Williams International.
